Kalahkan Georg Solti, Beyonce Pecahkan Rekor

Georg Solti, peraih Grammy Award terbanyak, tersingkir oleh Beyonce. Pemilik nama lengkap Beyonce Giselle Knowles-Carter ini menyalip Georg dengan membawa pulang total 32 piala Grammy Awards.

Beyonce berhasil memecahkan rekor pembawa piala terbanyaklewat album bertajuk Renaissance yang banjir pujian atas kritikus dunia.

Awalnya Beyonce menyamakan kedudukan dengan 31 piala setelah "Cuff It" menang di kategori Lagu R&B Terbaik.

Beberapa menit kemudian, Queen Bey resmi melibas seniornya sebagai kolektor Piala Grammy terbanyak sejagat setelah Renaissance dikukuhkan sebagai Album Musik Dansa/Elektronik Terbaik.
